On March 14, 2023, OpenAI announced ChatGPT-4, a next-generation AI language model that outperforms its predecessor, GPT-3.
The GPT-4 achieved success in the top 10% of test takers, in contrast to the GPT-3 where the bar exam was solved by the bottom 10% of test takers, and the scores on the other tests were uniformly substantially higher.
The grades GPT4 received on each specialized test are displayed on the green graph, with a wide range of categories ranking in the top 10–20%.
